We never display exact coordinates, house numbers, or specific street-level location pins on the public web platform. All reported items are automatically mapped to generalized neighborhood areas, major landmarks, or city sectors. Precise maps are only visible inside our secure mobile application to verified claimants.

2. Registry Details & Photos

To prevent fraudulent claims and protect the security of lost valuables, photos uploaded by finders and sensitive description details (such as serial numbers or specific pocket contents) are kept secure. We encourage users to verify ownership through safe visual and text-based confirmation in the official app.

3. Contact & Communication

FoundIt does not publish personal email addresses, phone numbers, or user profiles on the open web. All communication between finders and owners happens through anonymized routing and secure chat protocols within our App Store verified application. We do not sell or lease your contact information or location logs to third-party marketing companies.
