Lost Sketchbook near Willard Hotel, Washington, DC, United States

Lost a sentimentally valuable sketchbook (multicolored pages, stamped name/email inside) between the Washington Monument and the Portrait Gallery. Photo confirms a black hardcover sketchbook with rainbow-colored page edges and a black elastic closure. The cover is decorated with several stickers, including a red and white 'Vans Off The Wall' logo sticker, a circular yellow sticker with a stylized eye, and other colorful character stickers.
