Lost Bike near Dundas and Spadina, Toronto, Canada

Multiple bicycles stolen from a building courtyard bike rack. The suspect is a man wearing a black baseball cap, a blue t-shirt, and a blue backpack with white stripes on the straps. He was also seen wearing a black jacket and a black cap with a red logo while handling a red bicycle. The individual was witnessed cutting bike locks and has reportedly been hiding stolen bikes in the empty yards of the townhouse complex at Dundas and Augusta.
