Lost a stolen black 1999 Whizzer WC1 motorized bicycle. The bicycle features whitewall tires, chrome fenders, a black gas tank with a script 'Whizzer' logo, a silver single-cylinder engine with 'Whizzer' on the side cover, a chain guard with the 'Whizzer' logo, a handlebar-mounted speedometer, and a round headlight.
