Found Wallet near Spokane Valley, Washington, United States

Found a likely stolen wallet in a dumpster pit in Spokane Valley. The wallet contains no cards or ID, but includes a printed photograph of a young woman with brown hair in a red and white athletic jersey (with reversed text reading 'FINLEY' or 'LINLEY') holding a red, orange, and black baseball or softball bat on a field.
