Found Photos near Chile

Found photos and videos of a family inside a second-hand Sony DCR SR42 Handycam camera bought in Chile, seeking the owner family to return them. The photo shows a young woman in a white graduation cap and gown posing alongside a man in a grey suit and light blue tie outside a school building with a Smoke-Free School Grounds sign.
