Found Photo Album near Jackson and Alaska Way, Seattle, Washington, United States

Found a small black spiral-bound photo album containing photos of a mother and daughter. One color photo shows the woman in a red shirt and white apron next to a young girl wearing a blue headband and white apron. A second black-and-white photo shows the same girl smiling while holding a black cat.
