Found Keys near NE Durham Ave and Liberty, Portland, Oregon, United States

Found a bicycle lock key and another silver key on a ring in the middle of the road. Photo confirms the items: a black-headed bicycle lock key and a standard-looking silver-colored house or padlock key on a metal keyring. The keys are lying on asphalt near a curb/base of a pole.
