Found Dog near Pine Mills, Mineola, Texas, United States

Found a small tricolor dog (black, tan, and white), possibly a dachshund and beagle mix, with floppy ears. The photo shows it has hair loss and skin irritation on its rear flank and hindquarters. It is currently safe, cared for, sitting in a pet bed in front of a wire crate.
