Found Dog near EAC, Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines

Found a light tan/cream short-haired dog wearing a dark collar or strap walking near the pedestrian crossing in front of EAC (Dasmariñas, Cavite). The dog appeared unfamiliar with surroundings, was nearly hit by a vehicle, and seemed neglected or lost for a long time.
