Found Dog near Scofield Farms, North Austin, Texas, United States

Found a friendly but matted small white long-haired Terrier(?) with a collar but no tags in the Scofield Farms area of North Austin. Photo shows a small white dog with long, matted fur, wearing a collar, sitting on a wooden-like surface.
