Found black and tan brindle mixed-breed dog with floppy ears and severe hair loss showing pinkish, irritated skin on its back and sides. The dog was found wandering Bridge Street and picked up at the curling club in Carleton Place, then brought to the Valley Veterinary Clinic. It is not microchipped and is very scared.
