Found Clothing near Stazione di Cervignano, Cervignano del Friuli, Italy (Italia)

Found a distinctive olive-brown wool/felt hat decorated with large black, yellow, and red ostrich feathers and a metal eagle badge on the side. It was dropped onto the tracks at Cervignano train station by a young man with a cast and crutches boarding a train toward Venice.
