Found Cat near Ontario, Canada

Found light-colored cat, possibly a Siamese or lynx point mix, with a grey striped tail and dark points on the ears, face, and legs. The cat appears to be in need of medical attention and was spotted eating from a blue bowl on the pavement, and resting on a wooden structure. A live trap is needed to capture it.
