Found Cat near Pamilla St & Dows Lake Station, Ottawa, Canada

Found a grey tabby and white cat with white chest, paws, and underbelly in the parking lot between Pamilla St and the Dows Lake train station, right next to the walk and bike trail. The cat was skittish but appeared very healthy.
