Found Camera near New York City, New York, United States

Found a DJI Action camera and an anime book on the train, likely belonging to someone who attended Anime NYC. An included photo from the camera shows the presumed owner: a Black man with a beard, short dreadlocks or twists, round sunglasses, and a light-colored sleeveless textured top taking a selfie at a rocky coastal cliff. Owner or anyone who recognizes him is asked to contact directly.
